Beijing-South Korea Investment Promotion Exchange Held Successfully

To strengthen exchange and cooperation between Beijing and South Korea enterprises, recommend the investment environment of both sides and promote the development of international economy and trade between Beijing and South Korea, Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau held a Beijing-South Korea investment promotion event online on October 26, 2021. Nearly 100 persons of Beijing and South Korea enterprises participated in the online activity.

Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau introduced the policy advantage of Beijing in the expansion of opening-up and economic cooperation with foreign countries, and pointed out that both opportunities and challenges exist in the epidemic, hoping China and South Korea adhere to the idea of close relation, sincerity, economic reciprocity and cultural tolerance, and the diplomacy principle of building friendship and partnership with neighboring countries, make efforts to overcome the negative impacts of the epidemic, promote economic and trade cooperation between Beijing and South Korea, and help accelerate the construction of a new development pattern. Hong Zhangshao, General Representative of Greater China of Korea Trade Promotion Corporation, and Li Zongtai, General Manager of South Korea MODN-M-TECH and person in charge of Beijing-Anyang International Economic and Trade Development Service Center, attended the conference and delivered a speech.

Beijing International Service Trade Affairs Center introduced relevant situations of CIFTIS. China Construction Bank Beijing Branch, and Beijing Foreign Company International Business Service Co., Ltd. shared cases of helping enterprises "go global" around the financial and commercial service field, respectively; South Korea PNE SYSTEMS, Beijing Association for Advanced Carbon Industry Promotion, South Korea ECOPRO BM, and Beijing Techwin Electric Company Limited introduced electric vehicles, electric energy storage, grapheme technology and application scenarios, environmental protection and clean energy fields.
